Judge Diane M. Walker

Ada County,
I am truly honored to be retained as an Ada County Magistrate Judge, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and support that have been placed in me. Serving in this critical role, particularly in the challenging field of family law, is both a privilege and a responsibility that I do not take lightly.

I remain committed to upholding the law with fairness, integrity, and dedication. I recognize the emotional toll that many families experience when their lives don’t unfold as they hoped. With this in mind, I strive to make thoughtful, fact-based decisions grounded in evidence and legal principles, always with a deep sense of empathy and understanding.

I am also profoundly thankful for the unwavering support of my family and friends, whose encouragement makes my service possible.

Thank you once again for this opportunity. I look forward to continuing my work with dedication, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to justice.
